Staff Engineer, Product Development

What we expect

To lead and drive products life cycle from new product concept till mass production ramp. To face customer during phase of development to co-work with them during development to resolve major issue list. Manage and coordinate prototype build/ new materials characterization, including optical, electrical and mechanical assessment with DOE (Design of Experiment) execution. To sit in design review for internal and external customer's design and provide feedback/suggestion based on DFM, and in-house process manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product or process-related issues. Develop and maintain documentation including control plans, BOM, defect catalogue and engineering reports. Support inline testing failures to analyse root cause and derived solutions for product/process related issues. Guide junior engineers in day-to-day activities
Who we are looking for

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics, Materials, Optics, Engineering. Min 3 - 7 years in R&D, Engineering, manufacturing environment. Min 3 - 7 years in either R&D, packaging technologies, manufacturing. Experience in sensor module packaging and/or optical engineering will be an advantage. Fresh Graduates will be considered. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD would be a plus point.
