Job Description

Our global R&D powerhouse and an innovation leader with approximately 1000 specialists and resources to further accelerate innovation of hearing instruments and tailored solutions, including by leveraging its leading digital platform. We provide top innovations in audiology, signal processing, electrical and mechanical engineering, material, computer science, and more.

We are now looking for a Staff/Principal Engineer to join our team. You will work as a critical member of the R&D Platform Development team to develop future rechargeable solutions for our hearing-aid devices.
What you will do

• Develop platform solutions in charging technology, battery, and power management for Hearing Aids.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Acoustic, Wireless, Quality etc.) to develop platform solutions for Hearing Aid.
• Provide technical resolution, and evaluate work package, cost, and time in project management activities.

What you bring

• Master / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering.
• Excellent analysis skills and hands-on with DSO, SA, and VNA required.
• Prefer candidate with hands-on experience in Charging of battery, Low Power Management Design or Wireless Power Transfer.
• Knowledge in any of the following areas will be advantageous:
  • Power management IC applications.
  • Semiconductor test and verification.
  • Programming with MATLAB or C++ or Python.
  • Instrument automation with LABVIEW or TAP.
  • Firmware programming on ARM core processors.
  • Simulation with LTSPICE, CST or HFSS.
• Inquisitive and Independent with solid communication and organisational skills to work across administrative boundaries.
