Job Description
Staff Engineer Industrial Engineering - Semiconductor (Back End)
Our Client is a Global Leader in Semiconductor Solutions, manufacturing products such as power semiconductors, microcontrollers, security controllers, radio frequency products and sensors.
In this exciting role you will,
- Carry out Layout Planning and Time Study with the IE and Production team in a Back End Manufacturing environment
- Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity in a Back End Manufacturing Environment
- Be the subject matter expert to drive personnel, capital, material and area efficiency improvement projects
- Support data analytic report automation and derive conclusions with other stakeholders
- Apply Data Analytic, Simulation and AI method in productivity improvement projects
You are encouraged to apply if you have,
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Computer Science
- At least 5 years of experience in Productivity improvements in Backend Manufacturing Environment
- Experience with simulation software such as AnyLogic or Flexsim
- Knowledge of Programming Languages like SQL, Python and Scala (C,C++,Java)
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Research-Oriented Mindset with good understanding of data structured algorithms
