The Opportunity Marvell embedded processors are custom designed to deliver optimal performance, low power, and high levels of integration. The Marvell ARM compliant CPU cores are the most advanced implementations of the industry standard ARM architecture and deliver exceptional processing performance at low power. Advanced system architecture design and years of experience in sub-micron mixed signal technology seamlessly implement processor cores with our wide selection of high speed interfaces to precisely meet the needs of each application. Marvell embedded processors are Industrial Grade which can operate between -40\xc2\xb0C to +105\xc2\xb0C.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Develop production and characterization ATE test programs and hardware.
Understand test requirements, test methodologies and test strategies.
Collaborate with Design teams on new products from debug, characterization to full production.
Manage production test programs at various manufacturing sites.
Support new product qualification and transfer.
Identify & drive test cost reduction and yield improvement projects
Align test engineering systems/processes for various manufacturing sites
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years in semiconductor test engineering experience
Solid background in ATE testing (critical skill), test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high speed digital testing experience require
Microprocessor and Network Processor experience is a strong plus
Knowledge of Advantest or Teradyne Test system/software will be an added advantage
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience
