Staff Nurse / (healthcare)

Job Description
- 4 days work 3 days off, Rotating shifts (7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am)
- Location: Must be comfortable to be deployed to different clients\' site (Now mainly at Toa Payoh)
- Registered practicing license from Singapore Nursing Board

- Basic + Allowance + Bonus
- 2 years renewable contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid treatment and primary healthcare a nurse\'s capabilities
- Provide basic stabilisation and triage to major cases within a nurse\'s capabilities
- Provide documentation, reports of cases seen
- Case Escalation
- To work collaboratively with the operations medical team throughout the period of patient movement.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.
- Registered Nurse (Diploma or Degree)
- Minimum 2 years of ward experience in either General Ward, Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit
- Experience of working in the acute care clinical setting, preferably ICU/ER for a period greater than 2 years.
- Experience with trauma.
- Able to demonstrate clinical leadership and application of a team focused approach in the clinical setting.
- Must hold registration to practice in country of origin.
- Current certification in BCLS, AED and EPIPEN administration.
- Computer literate in MS Office Applications and Windows applications.
- Keyboard skills (desirable)
Working Hours 12 hours rotating shift
Salary From S$3,500.00 to S$4,500.00
