Job Description
Our established client is looking for nurses to join them.
- Assist in education of patient and ensure accurate nursing records
- Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
- Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
- Plan and implement patient care accordingly
- Ensure patients\' comfort and safety
- Update patient\'s conditions to next of kin
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse with SNB
