Our client is one of the leading players in the healthcare industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Staff Nurse to join their Nursing team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located Islandwide.
The Responsibilities for Staff Nurse are:
- Apply clinical judgement and critical thinking skills when delivering resident care
- Deliver holistic care by working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Promoting and facilitating continuity of care throughout hospitalization
- Liaise with residents and healthcare professionals to effectively communicate on the care plan
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Registered with SNB
- Valid BCLs certification
- Preferably Registered Nurse with experience in nursing home
