Job Description

Carry out routine nursing responsibilities, including clinical procedures and monitoring patients' vital signs. Deliver safe, competent nursing care in accordance with established professional standards. Maintain excellent customer service in all patient interactions. Support doctors during patient assessments and treatment procedures. Conduct regular inspections of medications and critical/emergency equipment. Manage front desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, and related administrative work. Assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations efficiently. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and presentable. Participate in administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory checks of medications and supplies, as well as handling payments. Educate and inform patients and their families on relevant health matters. Take on additional nursing responsibilities or participate in other departmental tasks as required.
