Our Product team are creative and dynamic problem solvers who dive into new challenges daily and can communicate across all levels of the organization.ResponsibilitiesPricing and execution integrations with global financial institutionsPrice construction and distribution (via all channels)FX risk and position managementFX platform gateway to expose capabilities to the broader Airwallex FX solution set, and to other product domains within the businessExamples here include FX solutions embedded within our Payment Acquiring, Issuing, GTPN, Billing / Spend, and FX Solutions capabilitiesRequirements5 to 10 years of overall professional experienceExperience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and developmentBachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM disciplineEvidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean\'s list, scholarship etc.)Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiencesClose attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insightsDrive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of timeAbility to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teamsExperience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technologySolid technical understanding and ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teamsHands-on with online payments or similar B2B domains with high conceptual complexityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
