Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for daily production execution delivery performance and KPI targets.
- Responsible for the timely and complete dispatching of productive shipment.
- Ensuring the production Quality & Safety 1st culture. Focus 5S and good housekeeping in Shopfloor
- Assisting in the optimization of production and organization work process.
- To remove NVA (Non value added) activities in production line.
- Participation in teams activities ( e.g. improvement in yield, OEE.)
- Lead, train and develop the production team (Line Operators) to meet the highest competency potential.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Mechantronic Engineering
- Experiences in managing production line environments including technicians and operators
- Experiences in semiconductor backend manufacturing is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in MS office
- Able to perform 12 hours shift day shift, 7am to 7pm
