Job Description
:
- Manage a team of 30 pax to support Set Design and Staging activities for all productions.
- Plan and assign manpower, external resources, manage overall budget, timeline and deliverables.
- Constantly keep abreast of the latest market trends, provide creative, aesthetic, and practical recommendations for program production.
- Provide guidance and advice to the team to achieve production requirements.
- Lead the Props Store in maintaining and managing the inventory and processes
- Oversee the Props Resource team in securing suppliers on the Props items.
- Able to work with Image Stylist and Makeup & Hair team to achieve an overall style.
- Conduct annual performance review of team members.
- Assessment of staff\xe2\x80\x99s training needs and skill development.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of related work experience with in-depth working knowledge of Set Design, Stage Design, Space Design, Interior, Landscape, Event, Exhibition, and Product Design.
- Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
- Collaborative and a team player with strong communication skills
- Effective time and stress management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
