Job Description
:1. To carry out site inspection of State properties under Residential Leasing.2. To disseminate observations to the vendors and monitor them to ensure that they take actions on the observations and carry out rectification works within the stated timeline.3. To provide administrative support to the Residential Leasing by assisting officers with tenancy administration. Duties include the following:
- Compilation and collation of data (occupancy and dwelling information) for internal reporting
- Process invoices
- Tracks work orders
- Any other administrative duties assigned.
- Preferably proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power-point report.
- Able to work independently, physically fit to be able to walk long distances and wouldn\xe2\x80\x99t mind traveling to remote parts of Singapore.
- A team player who is meticulous and have good communication skills.
