Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence:

Provide professional, prompt, and friendly service, anticipating guest needs in a high-volume, premium casual dining setting.

Menu Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of our

Japanese Wagyu

cuts, cooking temperatures, and all menu items (including comfort food and prix fixe menus) to confidently make recommendations and upsell.

Order Management:

Accurately take food and beverage orders, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, and handle payment transactions.

Table and Section Management:

Ensure tables and dining areas are always clean, properly set up, and maintained according to Armoury's high standards.

Ambience:

Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere that aligns with our

"no-frills premium"

concept--attentive yet relaxed.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with both the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Prior experience in F&B service, preferably in a full-service restaurant. A genuine passion for food, premium ingredients, and hospitality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly. Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
