Job Description


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Wash and clean all used pots and pans and other kitchen utensil hygienically.
  • Clean and polish or burnish operating equipment before and after use or whenever necessary.
  • Re-stacking of operating equipment in proper places after use and preparing for next use.
  • Ensure that the assigned areas are clean and tidy before closing off duty.
  • Perform duties common to all rank and file and non supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
  • Ensure all the sanitation solution is in place in every pot and dishwashing station.
  • Assist/ help fellow colleagues in their task.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
  • Previous experience in a hotel would be advantageous
Salary Range: $1,800 to $2,100 Benefit:
