:We are seeking a skilled Hitachi Storage Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Hitachi storage systems (e.g., Hitachi VSP, HNAS) to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity across our enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
:Administer and monitor Hitachi storage systems to ensure optimal uptime and performance. Handle storage provisioning and manage storage pools and volumes. Collaborate with IT teams to support server, network, and virtualization environments. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of storage-related issues. Execute data protection, backup, and replication strategies. Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications
:Experience with Hitachi storage systems (VSP, HNAS). Familiarity with SAN/NAS protocols, Fibre Channel, iSCSI. Experience with performance tuning and capacity management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
