Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and develop product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
- Access customers\' needs and provide consultive advises to address their concern
- Assist customer in order placing and purchases
- Proactive in approaching potential customers to identify their needs
- Perform sell/cross-sell/upsell of the relevant products
- Perform cashiering duties, inventory control, daily opening and closing, and housekeeping
- At least 1 year of retail/sales working experience
- Candidates with good knowledge in sport attire/inner wear/fashion are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented & sales driven
- Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous
- Location: Raffles City
- Working hours: 5 days\' work, retail hours
