JOB DETAILS

:

Prepares documents/acquisition of quotation from vendors

Source for new vendors and contractors

Read and understand CAD design drawing

Keep abreast of new technologies and upcoming trends to develop the stores to Next Generation Retail.

Involve in the planning and execution of all projects

Oversee renovation and store development projects

Conduct site visit to ensure progress is in accordance with drawing

On-site coordination works ensuring required works are delivered on time and within budget

Ensure the project is carried out in adherence to the process, policies, and procedures of the organization and business direction.

Liaising and working closely with external vendors, logistics, contractors, landlords, and the Operations team till project handover

Track the progress of projects and provide updates to the Management

Conduct post-project review analysis to ensure project objectives are met

Any other duties as assigned by superior

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Formal Education & Certification

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field.

Knowledge & Experience

Well versed in MIcrosoft Office (i.e. Excel, Words, Powerpoint, etc.)

Proven working experienceas a project administrator in the retail industry.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organisation skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
