Our client, one of largest F&B companies is seeking a candidate for the position of Store Development Manager.
You will be responsible for expanding our overseas stores not only in Singapore but worldwide with the management team.

Monitoring and managing the status of overseas store development Collaborating with real estate agents regarding properties Conducting on-site inspections Confirming the scope of work with lawyers and reviewing/contracting contracts Receiving/creating/reviewing/negotiating/signing memorandum of understanding (MOU), letter of intent (LOI), and heads of terms (HOT) Reviewing lease agreements Collaborating with design firms Surveying buildings and properties Selecting construction contractors, reviewing/contracting contracts, negotiating and signing them Internal approval work and managing construction schedule/costs related to construction. Providing advice and comments on new stores, relocations, and renovations Creating documents for board meetings and other related tasks

Bachelor\'s degree or higher Advanced business-level English: Must have the English language skills necessary for business-level communication with overseas bases. Experience in store development Preferably, over five years of experience in the food and beverage industry Willingness to travel overseas (to countries where stores are located, such as the United States, Europe, and various Asian countries) Ability to collaborate with people on the ground and in factories
