Job Title: Store Manager

Our client is Singapore\'s only true artisan bakery & food store first opened in 2012. Their bakery products are hand-crafted and made with time honoured processes with honest ingredients.

:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop\xe2\x80\x99s profitability- Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house- Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment- Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Company DNA- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in F&B \xe2\x80\x93 cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity- Passionate about service and people- Good team player and self-motivated- Willing to work on weekends/public holidays

Compensation:
- Working days: 6 days/ week- Working hours: 44 hours/ week - Location: Swan Lake
