Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure store\'s daily operation runs smoothly
- Lead the team to achieve sales target given by the management
- Recruit and train staffs, manage a team of staffs
- Handle customer\'s feedback or any queries
- Achieve customer\'s satisfaction, handle POS system
- Maintain store\'s hygiene, inventory control
- Perform stock take, stock replenishment
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role
- Customer service oriented, excellent communication skills
- Independent, good leadership skills
- Proven track record in managing an outlet
- Location: Orchard
- Retail working hours
- Salary up to $5000 (depends on experience) + Allowance + Bonus
