Job Description
- Working Hours: 6 Days [ 44 hours per week ]
- Location: Bedok
- Salary: $3,000 - $4,000

Requirement:
- Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
- Minimum 2 years\' managerial experience in F&B - cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
- Able to work on weekends/public holidays
- Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop\'s profitability
- Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
- Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
- Supervise and train the team
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
