Adecco is partnering with one of globally retailer specializes in offering luxurious and sophisticated women\'s footwear. They are looking for a Store Manager to join their team! A great opportunity to work as brand ambassador of this renown company with fun, diverse and service oriented team !

:

• Exhibit proficient clienteling skills and sales leadership within the boutique by actively engaging on the selling floor.
• Consistently inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales and productivity targets.
• Propose engaging in-store events and activities to attract and expand the clientele, with a strong focus on developing relationships within the local market.
• Stay informed about the local trading environment, market trends, and competitors\' strategies to make informed decisions that positively impact sales.
• Regularly assess and enhance the sales and customer service skills of the staff through coaching and skill improvement initiatives.
• Monitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, etc.
• Understand and analyses the business needs, productivity, KPIs and provide business insights
• Lead the execution of retail excellence standards
• Address and action performance management issues in a timely manner through consistent feedback
• Conduct a thorough evaluation of the team\'s capabilities and create a strong succession plan for the store, identifying high-potential talents and devising development plans for them.
• Incharge charge of daily store operations and provide supervision to a team of retail associates, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a luxury retail setting.
• Ability to lead a high level of customer service in a Brand Retailer
• Ability to recruit, lead, and manage a team
• Able work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the footwear category
