About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front to ensure every customer enjoys the ultimate retail experience.

You'll:

Lead & inspire a team of 50+ in a fast-paced, large-format retail environment. Drive Performance by building a strong sales culture and leading your team to exceed targets and KPIs. Manage Operations to maintain strong stock control and operational efficiency. Elevate Standards in store presentation and visual merchandising. Champion Customer Service by ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. Develop Teams by mentoring future leaders and building a strong talent pipeline. Deliver Results by setting clear goals and celebrating success along the way.

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership experience in large-format retail. Ability to motivate and manage a big team effectively. Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales growth and profitability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in managing high stock volumes. Passion for retail, sales, and exceptional service. Full-time availability, including weekends. Full working rights in Singapore.
