Job Description

The Store Manager (a.k.a. Business Manager) owns the business end-to-end by shaping strategy, leading the team, analyzing market and customer insights, leading commercial growth, and mentoring future leaders to deliver long-term success.





Responsibilities



Responsible for achieving the store's annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue, cost, and profit targets. Monitor inventory performance, including cost control, loss tracking, and discrepancy resolution. Lead stock planning and order review: validate material usage forecasts, order schedules, and vendor alignment. Ensure SOPs for inventory and asset management are implemented, maintained, and improved across the store. Oversee asset and material safeguarding, ensuring equipment, tools, and supplies are used and maintained responsibly. Assist in implementing the company's brand activities and promoting its business philosophy and corporate culture. Responsible for managing relationships with customers, landlords, and store staff, handling customer complaints and feedback properly to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsible for store venue renting and collaboration with external corporations and partnerships related to the store. Responsible for daily management and supervision of store staff, including training, on-the-job guidance, performance evaluation, and personal development. Responsible for analysing store operation data to improve and increase store revenue. Review and analyse regular customer behaviour from loyalty program data to suggest local store strategies and improve retention and satisfaction. Responsible for improving work procedures and rules for each position within the store and updating documentation of guidelines and SOPs. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements



Education Level: Bachelor's degree or above. More than 3 years of work experience in F&B or retail industries, including at least 1 year in a managerial role. Skills: Proficient in office software, including slide presentations, documentation, basic Excel analysis, and professional-level English proficiency. Strong leadership, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, planning, and execution skills. A proactive drive to learn. Genuine passion for coffee, food, or baking. * A strong work ethic.
