Coach Store Supervisors and Assistant Managers, identify learning opportunities and concoct employee development plans
Be responsible for the work and performance of every member of the retail team
Train team to ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping
Motivate and encourage the team and foster good relationships amongst team members
Recommend improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
Responsible for achieving and analysing store KPIs
Accountable for sales reporting, weekly updates and customer profile reports
Maintain store inventory and conduct monthly stock takes
Be accountable for standard store opening, closing and preparing cash deposits
