Job Description
Responsibilities
- lead, motivate and and inspire a team of staff
- maximise sales while managing expenses
- understand and clear about company's strategies and business plan
- planning of staff duty roster
- conduct daily morning briefings for all staff
- manage inventory, financial, assets and property of company
- taking care of staff health and safety
- hitting of monthly sales targets
- give bi-annual appraisal to staff and organsing appropriate training program for them
Requirements
- have knowledge in horticulture, gardening and plant products
- able to lead a team
- has experience as store manager
- able to work on weekends
- $3000 to $3800 depending on experience
- 5 days work week ( one off on weekend one off on weekdays)
- 14 days AL
