Responsibilities * Mobilize and lead the frontline sales staff to achieve sales target every month * Take charge of in-store operations that include but not limited to staffing, sales training, Responsibilities Mobilize and lead the frontline sales staff to achieve sales target every month Take charge of in-store operations that include but not limited to staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment Help hire and train frontline sales staff so that we can provide the best service standard in the industry while helping sales staff achieve their highest potential and keeping the staff satisfaction level high Actively identify and solve any issues in store operations, people operations and customer service in a timely manner Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar by working closely with the marketing team Take charge of online operations that include but not limited to online campaign planning and online order fulfilment Closely collaborate with other store managers to help with company wide initiatives Requirements Be passionate about Sunnystep At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Positive attitude and a kind heart Enjoy helping others and enjoy learning new things We value our staff greatly and their happiness are of our utmost priority.
