Industry: Retail Industry
Location: Island Wide
Working Hours: 6 Days a week (Retail hours)
Basic Up to $3000 + $100 Grooming Allowances + $200 Store management + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it is well-maintained, clean, fully-stocked with products
• Hire, train, and manage a team of beauty advisors, providing guidance and support to help them meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to increase revenue and drive customer traffic to the store
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and adjust store operations accordingly
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of beauty and personal care products, as well as new trends and developments in the beauty industry
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them to identify and understand their skin type, complexion, and concerns, and recommending products that will meet their needs.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.

Job Requirement

• Min 1 year of experience in retail management, with a focus on beauty and personal products
• Able to work retail hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of beauty industry and beauty products, as well as new trends and development
