Working Location: Marine Parade Working days: 6 days a week Working time: 10am - 930pm

Responsibilities:

Able to manage a team of beauticians and therapists
Able to lead the team to achieve monthly sales target
Able to provide professional facial / massage services
Able to provide professional consultation and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
Able to handle customer complaints, motivate staff morale and provide guidance to staff
Able to assist in hiring and training beauticians as and when required
Able to handle emergency issue, customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests, and complaints with elegance
Responsible for the monthly and quarterly plan
Any others task assigned by company

Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven relevant working experience in hands-on massage
At least 3 year experience of manager role in the massage industry and familiar with industry practice. Eg: Shop Manager or Outlet Manager
Bilingual. Fluent in English and mandarin in order to communicate with customers
Exceptional leadership skills Strong sales and negotiation skills
