Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Store Manager (Sales Manager) to lead our team and drive the success of our newly opened store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury or high-fashion retail management and will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, effective team management, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Changi Qeelin Store, overseeing a team of 7 to 8 staff members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring an unparalleled shopping experience for every visitor.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage merchandise displays to maximize sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Uphold brand standards and policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and procedures.

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within the luxury or high-fashion retail sector is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in managing store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• A passion for luxury retail and a deep understanding of customer needs in this market segment.
