Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum Certificate & Diploma in Management/Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in Retail or Grocery especially Fruit Chain.
Hands-on schedule development and management; daily store operations as well as training and development of Crew Store (Staff)
Customer oriented and understand financial reports
Strong in commercial and sales focused with
Able to understands the revolution of the market
Ability to thrive within a high paced environment, multi-tasks with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities
Responsibilities
Running day-to-day operations smoothly at kiosks
Manage, control, and monitor the operational activities.
Achieve sales target and increase productivity.
Ensure store compliance, procedure, and policies.
Building good relationships with our customers
