Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Planning Manager in budget control, project timing, and quality assurance.
- Assist in sourcing and negotiating terms with suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate external contributors, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, in accordance with company agreements.
- Ensure project progress and on-site works through regular site visits and meetings.
- Execute technical activities to maintain existing stores in compliance with local and corporate standards within budget constraints.
- Degree in Architecture or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years in the similar role
- Excellent communication, analysis skills
- Good time and process management skills
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Project, and Office Suite
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Location: Central
- Standard working hours
- Salary up to $5500 (depends on experience) + Bonus
