Job Description

• Ensures all store operation processes under him/her shift run effectively and efficiently base on standard operating procedure.
• Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well rounded in the performance of their job.
• Handles store personnel and ensure proper grooming, greetings, and performance of tasks
• Review and document damages and ensure appropriate disposal process
• In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of any 4-year course
• Work experience is a plus but not necessary
• Can travel to submit requirements on our Imus Office
• Ready for a phone and video calls for the series of interview
