Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and achieve sales objectives
- Provide supervision to the sales team, ensuring consistent, professional, and responsive customer service
- Coach and mentor sales staff to meet and exceed performance standards
- Assume the responsibilities of the Store-in-charge in the absence of the Store Manager
- Meet all KPI set (individual & store) and deliver end-to-end customer experience
- Minimum 2 years of retail working experience in fashion with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented & sales driven
- Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous
- Location: Raffles City
- Working hours: 5 days\' work, retail hours
