With a remarkable track record of pioneering the health food retail industry in Singapore, they have since expanded their presence to over 7 countries and established multiple standalone retail outlets. They are seeking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage their warehouse operations.

They are seeking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage their warehouse operations.

• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (work-life balance environment)
• Salary: Basic up to $4,000

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the head of operations, the incumbent is responsible for:

• Managing the overall store inventory integrity
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Responsible in leading a team to ensure effective day to day operations of warehouse activities
• Optimizing the warehouse layout to maximize storage space
• Overseeing of equipment maintenance (e.g. vans, pallet jacks)
• Identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction

The Talent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse supervisory role will be advantageous
• Prior leadership experience required to lead a small warehouse team
• Ability to communicate in Chinese language to liaise with native Chinese speaking counterparts
• Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity in streamlining processes and working cross department
