JOB SUMMARYTakes charge of the operations and manpower management of assigned store and ensures attainment of sales quota per brand of assigned store/s.JOB DESCRIPTIONA Implements store sales strategies to achieve given sales target per brand per storeA Analyzes and solves problems and concerns affecting salesA Performs customer service and administrative functions in a store settingA Coordinates with brand coordinators matters regarding merchandise requests and reports stock movement and customer feedbackA Manages actual selling and customer serviceA Conducts daily pep talks with sales staff to remind them of daily sales target and motivates them to perform at their bestA Implements excellent customer service, attends and resolves customer complaints and performs customer relationsA Oversees implementation of standard store operations and store personnelA Prepares weekly/monthly sales reports in coordination with the retail and concession sectionsA Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate headJOB REQUIREMENTSA Candidates must be a graduate of any four-year course with commendable scholastic recordsA With at least 3 years experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalentA Analytical, has good problem solving skills, good conflict/feedback managementA Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsA Excellent people management skillsA Proficient in MS Office applicationsA Exudes a very pleasant and positive demeanor or characteristicSTORE BASED EMPLOYEES SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS A WEEKJob Type: Full-timePay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
