A great opportunity to work as brand ambassador, in a fun, diverse and renown team renown team! Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates ensure smooth operation. Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard. Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct. Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image. Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship, keeping customers informed on new products or services, changes etc. Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory. Working closely with Retail Manager on sales activity and be part of store events. Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects. Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities. Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity. Passion in retail industry, good communication and leadership skills. Service-oriented and hands-on person with good customer handling skills. Independent and good team player, pleasant personality.A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good computer skills and netiquette.
