Adecco is partnering with different global company that designs and manufactures luxury, fashion, footwear and accessories, they are looking for a Store Supervisor | Manager to join their team! A great opportunity to work as brand ambassador, in a fun, diverse and renown team renown team!

• Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates ensure smooth operation.
• Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship, keeping customers informed on new products or services, changes etc.
• Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
• Working closely with Retail Manager on sales activity and be part of store events.
• Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
• Passion in retail industry, good communication and leadership skills.
• Service-oriented and hands-on person with good customer handling skills.
• Independent and good team player, pleasant personality.A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and netiquette.
