We are looking for an experienced store supervisor who can join our fast growing company that will lead and handle the day to day operations of our branch supermarket.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the day-to-day branch operations and its employees work schedule.
Lead in achievement of 100% sales target based on plan.
Manage operating expenses effectively by implementing cost saving.
Maximize marketing promotions thru timely and proper execution.
Review financial store performance and identify solution to address business needs.
Handle customer service related complaints effectively.
Provide management weekly reports regarding sales, concerns and suggestions.
Formulate pricing policies by viewing merchandising sales promotion, study trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Business Administration in Marketing or any related course.
Must have 2 to 4 years experience in supermarket industry
With good selling skills (B2B).
Hardworking and dedicated
A good team Player
Proficient in MS office
Willing to assign in Caypombo-Sta. Maria branch or in any of Budget King Supermarket branches at Bulacan areas (Marilao, Meycauayan, Norzagaray, Balagtas)
