Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing daily workshop and store operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures Ensure accurate tracking, issuance, and timely return of tools and equipment Monitor the movement, usage, and condition of tools, spare parts, and consumables to minimize equipment downtime Ensure proper storage, organization, and safe handling of all equipment and materials in accordance with company policies and safety regulations Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, repairs, and equipment status to management Support the Project Team by coordinating and facilitating project-related material and equipment requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in workshop/store coordination, preferably within the bored pile or construction industry Possess WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or other relevant safety certifications Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and management Knowledge of construction or bored pile equipment, tools and maintenance workflow is an advantage Strong ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams under tight deadlines
