Job Description
The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all warehouse operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring a safe and organized workspace and providing timely support to internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders. Accurately store, label and organize inventory in designated areas. Issue materials to production departments as per requisitions, ensuring timely and correct delivery. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records, promptly addressing discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in accordance with company procedures. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized and compliant with hygiene and safety standards. Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring safe handling and storage practices. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in food manufacturing sector. Preferably with Singapore forklift/ reach truck license. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are advantageous. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks. Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility. * Team player with a positive work attitude
