Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, receiving and dispatching goods, and ensuring proper storage.

Stock Control:

Regularly conducting stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Receiving and Issuing Goods:

Accurately receiving incoming materials, verifying them against invoices and purchase orders, and issuing materials when needed.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining detailed records of all transactions, including deliveries, returns, and adjustments.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Keeping the store area clean, tidy, and organized, including organizing displays and removing clutter.

Customer Service:

Assisting customers with their purchases and addressing their needs.

Picking and Packing


Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Basic Computer Proficiency:

Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Strong Organizational Skills:

Ability to maintain accurate records and keep the store organized.

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring accuracy in inventory records and stock checks.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication with colleagues and customers.

Knowledge of Inventory Management:

Understanding of stock control principles and practices.

Experience in retail or warehousing:

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Education:

GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience:
