Job Description
Skills:
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures Ability to understand and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) Good organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in stock records Basic math and record-keeping skills Able to Communicate with China Suppliers Physical stamina for lifting and moving materials
Responsibilities Include:
Receiving, storing, and issuing goods as per company procedures Locate and pick items as per the BOM list Double-check quantities and part numbers Packed and labeled the BOM items and handed them over to the Production team Report any missing, damaged, or substituted items Keeping accurate records of stock levels and movements Maintaining a clean and organized store area Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies To take charge of incoming and outgoing goods To top up stock item for inhouse production / project requirement
Job Requirement
This is consider as junior executive level with good insight of the overall warehouse operation NITEC Mechanical with min 2 years working experience in store or inventory environment Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedure will be an added advantage Immediate position
