ALG has a great opportunity for Warehouse/Forklift Operators for our aviation client based in Sydney. The position will give the successful candidates valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.
ALG has a great opportunity for Warehouse/Forklift Operators for our aviation client based in Sydney. The position will give the successful candidates valuable exposure to the aviation industry, as well as a wide range of future career prospects.
Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:
- Operating Forklift Equipment;
- Manual Lifting/ Handling;
- RF scanning, receiving/dispatching consignments, picking/packing and performing related task in warehouse operations;
- Relevant experience in warehouse and/or stores operations
- Holds Forklift (LF) and Manual Driver\'s License
- Full working rights in Australia
- Certificate in warehouse operations/logistics is highly desirable but not compulsory;
- Willing to obtain ASIC (it is a form of airport identification that allows you to work inside the Airport);
- Flexible to work in a 7-day schedule on a rotating roster (Day Shift, Night and weekends/holidays); and
- Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol and physical test) at own cost.
