The responsibility of the position is to lead strategic Eco-system engagements with utilities (especially electricity utilities), related government divisions and leading manufacturers. By enhancing ADI understanding on regional energy market eco-system, the candidate will guide ADIs investments, engagement with standard-committees and build relationships with key decision makers.

The job in details includes below tasks but not limited to:

Develop and maintain relationships with key relative government organizations, country level and provincial utilities. Develop and maintain relationships with key energy industry Standard-committees. Develop and maintain relationships with leading customers in energy industry including electric metering, new energy, energy storage, transmission & distribution. Work with sales/FAE to win top customer projects. Direct establishment of relationships with mid or high-level managers in the government organizations, standard-committees, leading customers. Utilize ADI team (Managers, Directors, and VPs) to develop high level relationships Interpret government policy and market trends into ADI energy segment strategy, align inside ADI and drive for execution. Recommend and lead new business model like joint ventures and third party partnerships.

Qualification requirement:

10+ year experience in the industry, with rich knowledge about utilities and leading customers in electricity energy market like electric metering, transmission & distribution, new energy. Successful leadership role in energy system product development or marketing. Experience working for electric meter manufacturer or utility is strongly preferred. Self-motivated, willing to take challenge, aggressive driving for result even under pressure. Strategic thinking and execution. Experience of business management and knowledge of executive selling. Good communication skill and team work ability. Good command of English in verbal and written B.S.E.E. required, and M.S.E.E preferred. Willingness to travel.
