We support our internal clients in deepening relationships and building trust with new clients in the marketplace.We are seeking a highly motivated marketer to bring your expertise into driving measurable business outcome through the:Planning and delivery of clients events, and curating client-centric experiences;developing and driving integrated marketing strategy through business targeting and optimisation of experiences delivered across different channels.You will have a clear and articulate vision of how marketing can proactively enable a seamless end-to-end customer journey from discovery through purchase and advocacy. The role sits within the Clients and Markets team and reports to the Strategic Marketing & Events Lead.How will you value-add?Work closely with the business to plan, develop and deliver measurable, data-driven, digital-first strategic marketing campaigns to support the business strategy and optimise lead generation across touchpointsSupport the Strategic Marketing & Events team in planning and executing successful eventsResponsible to drive and deliver a seamless omni-channel experience through integration of all marketing channels including digital, social and traditionalDrive regular management and reporting against performance of all marketing campaigns to identify opportunities, improvement areas and measure ROICollaborate with internal teams to continually evaluate and experiment with new and creative ideas to optimise client conversionBuild strong partnerships and communication with key internal stakeholdersConceptualise, project manage a broad range of client events (physical/hybrid/virtual)Familiar with new technology and platform to support and execute webinars and webcast:Coordinate event setup and provide live AV support for events, webinarsAny other duties as assignedAbout youBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or communicationsMinimum 3-5 years marketing and events experience preferably in professional services or B2B environmentMust be able to lead strategic conversations with diverse teams of peopleTechnical understanding of various digital channels, tactics, best practices and analyticsFamiliarity with various webinar platforms including Webex, PGI Global meet and Google meetProficient in SalesforceOutcome-driven with exceptional project management and communications skills are essentialCritical thinker, highly creative with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong team player and collaboration skills to work across multiple stakeholders to deliver the best resultsMust be able to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrativeFlexible approach in order to handle fluctuating work volumes and able to work under pressure.Fluent in professional English, Mandarin an advantageHigh level of integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail to deliver high quality and accurate outputs with a can-do attitudeSelf-driven and resilient with an agile, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset to drive measurable changeSolid commercial focus - sensitive to business needs and requirements but also solution orientatedStrong organisational, time management and communication skillsStrong tenacity, flexible and resourceful to clear roadblocks with maturity to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and across business lines, respect for diversity of opinions and stylesDedicated to supporting your colleagues and stakeholders as part of a high-performing team with a commitment to service excellenceAbility to think creatively and innovatively, upskill with evolving digital marketing landscape to bring in creative/fit for purpose solutions for the organisationEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
