Your responsibilities include conducting future sensing, framing complex issues, and developing business strategies aligned with CPFB\'s goals. Additionally, you will oversee governance structures, ensuring effective discharge of fiduciary duties. The broad areas of your responsibilities include \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct comprehensive future sensing and environmental scans to identify emerging trends and issues affecting CPFB. \xe2\x80\xa2 Frame complex and ambiguous issues, developing business strategies that align with CPFB\'s operational realities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders, including senior management, to identify growth opportunities aligned with CPFB\'s strategic goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and cascade strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with CPFB\'s priorities and effective resource management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, update, and align key indicators with CPFB\'s strategic workplan to monitor progress towards desired outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Institute robust governance frameworks and policies, monitoring implementation and compliance to ensure proper discharge of CPFB\'s role as Trustee.What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience in strategic planning and governance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to navigate complex issues and develop effective business strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with governance frameworks and policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in facilitating and managing change initiatives within an organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in an environment characterised by change, ambiguity, and complexity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to contribute to the development and execution of an organization\'s strategic vision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability in engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management, to secure buy-in and align expectations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to effectively multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment, readily embracing new challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clear and succinct written communication and adept at delivering convincing presentations. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
