Strategic Product Manager

This role will report to strategy office under Group Digital & Technology, and is expected to lead enterprise automation and work closely with Group CIO to drive digital and IT agendas in SingPost Group

Main Tasks

Automation

• Lead implementation of enterprise automation technology, such as RPA, Workflow, etc, by coordinating vendor and users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and oversee Centre of Excellence to run and maintain automation technology for the organization.
• Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to develop plans that facilitate change management.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support CIO and group\xe2\x80\x99s senior management in decision making on digital and technology topics.
• Formulate and execute strategies to drive organizational transformation including but not limited to the following areas: IT operations, branding and people development, etc.
• Support other CIO office initiatives, such as external engagement, townhall, etc, as and when required.

• Degree in digital and technology related field, 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Technical knowledge on automation technology such as RPA and AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Prior vendor management or project management experiences will be an advantage.
• Creative critical thinking skills to overcome systematic barriers and provide alternative solutions to the existing problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Love working with people and is an excellent team player.
