Sales Engineering at FactSet is responsible for delivering enterprise solutions at scale for both large & sophisticated clients across the financial services industry. Sales Engineering is responsible for elevating relationships and driving partnerships with the C-Suite with a focus on practical solutions to our clients' most pressing business challenges grounded in FactSet's 40 years of experience in content, analytics, technology & services.
Sales Engineering is a multi-disciplined organization focused on business advisory & technological consulting, due diligence and process engineering. The team is built around a highly matrixed group of relationship managers, architects, engineers and advocates who bring to our clients a deep bench of industry & technical experience across the complete investment lifecycle.
Sales Engineering is aligned into both FactSet's Sales and Technology organizations, offering our clients the benefits of FactSet's deep bench of client service personnel and more than 2,000 technologists and product developers.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic candidate to join our Sales Engineering team and who can help push the team to the next level. Our ideal candidate will be able to both manage the pre-sales lifecycle and well as partner with other teams across Sales, Professional Services, Implementation and Support to cultivate and drive specific sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset leveraging front/middle/back-office reference designs and a blueprinting approach. We are looking for a candidate who is entrepreneurial, who is process driven, who can build relationships with business & technology buyers, and who can talk about "enterprise" without losing focus on a client's immediate needs.
