The Strategy and Business Management team supports the DCDA leadership team and works across the DCDA portfolio to sustain and support the delivery our operating model - helping to shape and enable the DCDA strategy, support the delivery of our transformation agenda, create leverage for the team, and translate strategy into execution and sustained value. We are looking for an experienced strategy and operations leader to join the Strategy and Business Management team to support key leadership in our London office. Key Responsibilities Business Strategy, Growth and Planning Supporting strategic planning including the development and production of strategic plans, management business reviews, performance updates, and associated research, analysis, and presentation. Facilitating internal and external communications and delivering high quality and clear management information and presentations. Supporting the execution of the DCDA strategy and team agenda across the portfolio. Leading, developing, implementing, and tracking initiatives / projects and prioritie. Planning and executing management meetings, committees, country visits, events, business engagements. Supporting in all aspects of business management including workforce, financial and performance management. Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Prepare reports, presentations, papers, and review material to support discussions and decision making at various management forums (e.g. Management Team, Board, Investor Days). Support the delivery of management information and high-quality presentations as required. Work with content team to facilitate both internal and external communication (e.g. business update, appointments, team calls, town halls). Coordinate key meetings and monitor follow up actions. Process, Governance and Business Management Continuously improve business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures. Identify and implement best practices in resources and processes, ensuring consistency and relevancy. Assist in talent management and talent development initiatives and opportunities. Support and manage governance matters as required. Our Ideal Candidate 10 years of Experience in Chief of Staff/Business consulting/Business Planning Management Evidence of experience providing support at the senior executive level for strategy, operations, and execution priorities - e.g. relevant prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal advisory, or business planning roles -ideally with experience working on both broad strategic issues as well as day-to-day operational tasks. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and handle a diverse workload. Demonstrated ability to distil information and articulate it in clear, concise and structured way. Evidence of outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills. Creative problem-solver with good multi-tasking skills, able to prioritise issues and resolve them efficiently. The ability to operate independently with the maturity to run with several significant business initiatives in parallel. Mature self-starter who can quickly get up to speed and take a strategic view. Strong organisational skills and process discipline in order to drive multiple agendas. Flexibility and responsiveness in order to handle changing priorities and urgent requests from senior management. Maintain discretion in dealing with highly confidential information. Multi-cultural awareness. Proven success of working effectively with people of different backgrounds. Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel a must.
